What makes Housekeeping Club different to work for, compared to other commercial cleaning companies?

We have come from a background of years working within hospitality, catering and the tourist industry. Some of it good, some of it bad, some of it ugly. What we know as a result is how it feels to be treated with respect and how much of a difference that respect can make to feeling good about getting up in the morning and going to work. We have taken our experience and have turned it into something positive and progressive. We listen to all our staff and offer everyone the opportunity to grow and learn. What if I don’t have any commercial cleaning experience?

Whilst it’s great when our applicants have some commercial cleaning experience behind them, it’s certainly not an essential. We have team members from a wide variety of backgrounds and find that a good work ethic and similar values to our own, such as a commitment to high standards integrity and a being open to learning, are much more important than a specific type of work experience. Sometimes, backgrounds in retail, customer service or hospitality can help our team members understand about the physical nature of the work involved in commercial cleaning.
