Do I have to agree to a set cleaning package?

Absolutely not! One of our promises is that we will provide a bespoke cleaning plan suited to the unique needs of our individual clients. We want you to get maximum results for your investment with us. We don’t want to waste our time, or yours, on doing cleaning tasks that are of no interest to you, in your premises.

Do you do site visits to advise about what might be needed?

Before we agree to any new cleaning contract, we stipulate that a site visit is pretty much essential. This means that both us and you know what we are agreeing to and that we can provide the most accurate quote possible. If you’re uncertain about what cleaning would be best for your business and have a budget to work with, we are always happy to work through this with you and provide personalised advice for your premises.

Will we get the same cleaner or team every time?

Where possible, we prefer to have a set team or individual for each contract or property. This means you will be able to build a trusting relationship with them, they will get to know the building better and therefore improve our service over time as well.

We have sensitive information and young people onsite – can you provide DBS checked cleaners?

Yes – if required, we are able to have any of our cleaning team undergo a DBS check. We are also thorough with collecting work and personal references.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

We use cleaning products and equipment that are most suitable for the type of cleaning task at hand. If eco-friendly cleaning is a priority for you, we welcome this as part of an initial discussion and we can work with you to create a package that encompasses all your preferences.

My cleaning requirements might change on a weekly basis – can you accommodate this?

Definitely. All we need to do is ensure we have a cleaning schedule that we have both agreed to. If some of those cleaning tasks change, we will send an amendment in writing for us both to agree on, including any changes in price. We endeavour to remain as flexible as possible for our clients since we know that no two weeks are the same for some businesses.

What happens if I’m not happy with the results of your cleaning service?

We aim to please, so in the unlikely event that our cleaning service does not meet your needs, we offer a reclean within 24hrs, subject to terms and conditions.

Our property needs cleaning at unusual hours – do you have set hours of work?

Whilst we aren’t a company who operates a 24hr cleaning service, we do offer flexibility for evenings and early mornings. So please talk to us about your requirements to find out whether we can accommodate your needs.
